Observe min/max flow rates critical to chiller operation in ‘Specifications’ table
Chiller must not be placed in a confined space, as restricted air flow will limit the efficiency and lifespan of the chiller unit. Do not restrict airflow by placing unit in a cabinet or closet.
A Cold Water Cap Tube (CWCT) is required for desired water temps between 50-65F on available models. Standard units operate in the range of 65-85 F. Call to order.
A Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is required for lower desired water temps between 40-80F on available models. Standard units operate in the range of 65-85 F. Call to order.

Each complete DX Heat Exchanger Pack comes neatly mounted on a tidy stainless steel frame and comes pre-plumbed and wired for quick and easy installation.

The chiller condensing unit can be located at a distance, either outside or in an equipment room, and the two components are connected via insulated copper refrigeration lines by an on-site refrigeration contractor.

This flexibility makes this a great option for tight spaces and keeps your LSS or work area free and clear of clunky condensing units and messy refrigeration lines. Purchase a condensing unit from Aqua Logic, or use one that you already have on-site, to quickly and economically build a chiller or heat pump for a broad range of aquatic applications.

This pre-wired and pre-engineered system make both ordering and assembly simple. All you need is a condensing unit of your choice or one supplied by Aqua Logic.

Our compact Water-to-Water Heat Exchanger Packs offer the ability to build a chiller in the field by simply connecting the unit to the system plumbing and to an existing water supply. Each complete pack comes pre-plumbed and pre-wired for quick and easy installation. Mounted on a tidy stainless steel rack, the pack can be hung anywhere for convenient access to temperature controls.
